Bima Diary

For Motor agents

A diary for motor insurance agents: vehicles, RTO papers and premium

Short answer

Bima Diary keeps each vehicle with its policy and RTO papers: PUC, fitness, road tax, GPS, permit and RC, each with its validity. Home shows renewals and papers coming due. The premium calculator covers all 8 classes, with the third-party table built in and own damage as an approximate guide.

Vehicles and their papers

Each vehicle in one place, with the dates that stop it on the road.

  • Each vehicle with its registration number, make and model, owner and policy
  • RTO documents: PUC, fitness, road tax, GPS, permit and RC, each with its validity and status
  • Policy type, IDV, NCB and premium on every policy, and a newer policy marks the old one renewed
  • Find anyone by name, mobile, vehicle number or policy number

A premium for every class

Private Car, Two Wheeler, GCV, 3W GCV, Bus and Maxi, 3W PCV, Taxi and Misc-D.

  • The full breakup with the tariff date shown: own damage, NCB, third party, PA and GST
  • Fuel, zone, age, CNG kit and add-ons you type
  • Send the quote to your client as a clean image; your name, logo and number on Plus and Pro
  • Own damage is an approximate guide from the old tariff. The insurer's quote decides

Reminders you send yourself

Every reminder opens ready to send, and nothing goes out on its own.

  • Renewals due in the next 30 days and lapsed in the last 90; RTO documents ending within 15 days
  • Call in one tap on every plan; WhatsApp and SMS renewal reminders on Plus and Pro
  • Message templates you can edit, for renewals and for documents

What it does not do

  • It does not look up a vehicle by number. There is no Vahan RC or challan lookup, so you type or import the details.
  • It does not issue policies or fetch insurer quotes. For that, you use your insurer or platform.
  • It does not know an insurer's actual own-damage price. Insurers set that themselves.

Bima Diary is independent. It is not made by, connected with or approved by any insurer or by IRDAI.
