Delivery Policy
Bima Diary is a web app. Nothing is shipped: what you buy is access, given online.
What is delivered
A paid plan of Bima Diary on your account, for 3 months. There are no physical goods and nothing is sent by post.
When it starts
Right after payment. Your plan changes as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment to us, and the app checks for it when you come back from the payment page.
Where you use it
On every phone and laptop where you sign in with the same email, in the app at Settings, Plans.
If your plan has not changed
Open the app with the internet on and look at Settings, Plans. If it still shows the old plan, contact us with the email you sign in with and the payment date.
