Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

Each payment buys one paid plan (Go, Plus, Pro) of Bima Diary for 3 months, at the price on the Pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing.

No automatic charges

There is no subscription. Nothing is ever charged automatically, and a plan simply ends on its end date unless you pay again. A new payment adds 3 months from that day or from your current end date, whichever is later.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel. To stop, do not pay again; your plan keeps working until its end date.

After a plan ends

Your account and every record stay. Reading your book, search, renewals, the calculators, calls and backup never stop. Adding more than the Free plan allows waits until you choose a plan again.

Charged twice, or paid but no plan

If you were charged twice for the same plan, or you paid and your plan did not change, contact us through the Contact page with the email you sign in with and the payment date. A payment for a plan that was not given is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Razorpay to the account or card you paid with.
