With an account, your book is stored on Cloudflare's servers, in a database for the records and in storage for the file copies. In the app only you can see it, after signing in. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is kept and who can reach it.

Only the last 4 digits of an Aadhaar number are kept, never an image. A PDF that shows an Aadhaar number is refused.

Yes. In Settings, Download my data gives you a backup file of everything in your account, and Delete my account removes the account and everything in it.

No. Messages, quotes and your visiting card carry only your name and number. No client ever sees your commission.

Each payment is for 3 months of one plan. There is no subscription and nothing is charged automatically: a payment adds 3 months from today or from your current end date, whichever is later.

Nothing is hidden or deleted. Reading your book, search, renewals, the calculators, calls and backup never stop on any plan; only adding more than the plan allows waits until you choose a plan.

No. Every WhatsApp or SMS opens with the message written for you, and you read it and press send yourself.

It is an approximate guide worked out from the motor tariff, and the tariff date is shown on every quote. The insurer's own quote decides the premium.

No. Bima Diary is a tool for your own book. It does not sell insurance, compare insurers or rank plans, and every calculator says it is an estimate, not advice.
