Premium figures

Tariff figures are an approximate guide. The insurer's quote decides the premium.

Details read from files

The app reads PDFs with rules on your device, and scans and photos need typing. Check the details before you rely on them.

Messages

Nothing is sent automatically. You press send, and you are responsible for what you send to your clients.

Plans

Prices are on the Plans page, for 3 months at a time. Without an account, a plan works on the device where its code is entered. With an account, the plan is kept in the account and works on every device you sign in on, and a payment adds 3 months from today or from the current end date, whichever is later. Reading, search, renewals, the calculator, calls and backup never lock.

Referral rewards

When an agent who signed up through your link pays for their first plan, ₹99 is added to your wallet in the app. TechInRent pays the wallet to you by hand. There is no reward for an account of your own: one with your mobile number, another spelling of your email, or a plan paid from your own mobile or UPI ID.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email, or with Google. A sign-in lasts 90 days from the last time you use it. Anyone who can read your email can sign in, so keep it safe. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your data

Without an account, your data stays on your device, so keeping a backup is up to you. Losing the phone without a backup loses the data. With an account, a copy is kept as the Privacy Policy says, and a backup of your own is still wise.
